Introductory statement

Based on the Law no. 190 of 2018 on the Measures for the Application of the EU GDPR (“Law no. 190”) provides the rules for the implementation at national romanian level of the GDPR, every person is entitled to protection of his privacy as well as to protection against misuse of his/her personal data. The operators of these sites take the protection of your personal data very seriously. We treat your personal data confidentially and according to the relevant romanian data protection legislation and this privacy policy.

In cooperation with our hosting providers, we strive to protect the databases as much as possible from third-party access, loss, misuse or counterfeiting.

We point out that data transmission on the Internet (E.g. When communicating by E-Mail) security gaps can exist. A complete protection of data against access by third parties is not possible. By using this website, you agree to the collection, processing and use of data in accordance with the following description. This website can be visited without registration. Data such as pages accessed or names of the retrieved files, date and time stored on the server for statistical purposes without this data being directly related to you. Personal data, in particular name, address or e-mail address are collected as far as possible on a voluntary basis.

Processing of personal data

Personal data is any information that relates to an identified or identifiable person. A data subject is a person about whom personal data is processed. Processing includes any handling of personal data, regardless of the means and procedures used, in particular the storage, disclosure, acquisition, deletion, storage, modification, destruction and use of personal data.

We process personal data in accordance with Romanian Law No. 190 of 2018 on the measures for the application of the GDPR - to the extent and insofar as the EU GDPR is applicable:

lit. a) Processing of personal data with the consent of the data subject.
lit. b) Processing of personal data for the performance of a contract with the data subject as well as for the implementation of corresponding pre-contractual measures.
lit. c) Processing of personal data for the fulfillment of a legal obligation to which we are subject under any applicable law of the EU or under any applicable law of a country outside the EU (e.g. Switzerland, Liechtenstein, etc.) in which the GDPR is applicable in whole or in part.
lit. d) Processing of personal data in order to protect the vital interests of the data subject or another natural person.
lit. f) Processing of personal data to protect the legitimate interests of us or of third parties, unless the fundamental freedoms and rights and interests of the data subject are overridden. Legitimate interests include, in particular, our business interest in being able to provide our website, information security, the enforcement of our own legal claims and compliance with Romanian law.

We process personal data for the duration required for the respective purpose or purposes. In the case of longer-term retention obligations due to legal and other obligations to which we are subject, we restrict the processing accordingly.

Cookie Policy / privacy policy for cookies

This website uses cookies. These are small text files that make it possible to store specific information related to the user on the user's terminal device while the user is using the website. Cookies make it possible, in particular, to determine the frequency of use and number of users of the pages, to analyze behavior patterns of page use, but also to make our offer more customer-friendly. Cookies remain stored beyond the end of a browser session and can be retrieved when you visit the site again. If you do not wish this to happen, you should set your Internet browser so that it refuses to accept cookies.

A general objection to the use of cookies used for online marketing purposes can be declared for a large number of the services, especially in the case of tracking, via the U.S. site http://www.aboutads.info/choices/ or the EU site http://www.youronlinechoices.com/ . Furthermore, the storage of cookies can be achieved by disabling them in the browser settings. Please note that you may then not be able to use all functions of this online offer.

Privacy policy for SSL/TLS encryption

This website uses SSL/TLS encryption for security reasons and to protect the transmission of confidential content, such as inquiries that you send to us as the site operator. You can recognize an encrypted connection by the fact that the address line of the browser changes from "http://" to "https://" and by the lock symbol in your browser line.

If SSL or TLS encryption is activated, the data you transmit to us can only be read by unauthorized third parties with significant technical effort.

Data transmission security (without SSL)

Please note that data transmitted via an open network such as the Internet or an e-mail service without SSL encryption can be viewed by anyone. You can recognize an unencrypted connection by the fact that the address line of the browser shows "http://" and no lock symbol is displayed in your browser line. Information transmitted over the Internet and content received online may be transmitted over third-party networks. We cannot guarantee the confidentiality of any communications or materials transmitted over such open or third-party networks.

If you disclose personally identifiable information over an open network or third-party networks, you should be aware that your information may be lost or potentially accessed by third parties and, as a result, the information may be collected and used without your consent. While in many cases the individual data packets are transmitted in encrypted form, the names of the sender and recipient are not. Even if the sender and the recipient reside in the same country, the data transfer via such networks often takes place without controls even via third countries, i.e. also via countries that do not offer the same level of data protection as your country of domicile. We assume no responsibility for the security of your data during transmission over the Internet and disclaim any liability for direct or indirect losses. We ask you to use other means of communication should you deem it necessary or reasonable for security reasons.

Despite extensive technical and organizational security precautions, it is possible that data may be lost or intercepted and/or manipulated by unauthorized persons. As far as possible, we take appropriate technical and organizational security measures to prevent this within our system. However, your computer is outside the security perimeter under our control. It is your responsibility as a user to inform yourself about the necessary security precautions and to take appropriate measures in this regard. As the website operator, we are in no way liable for any damage that you may suffer as a result of data loss or manipulation.

Data that you enter in online forms may be passed on to third parties for the purpose of order processing and may be viewed and possibly processed by them. These include our affiliated companies eeebid KFT, Budapest, eeebid.com Inc. o.s., Prague, eeebid.com Inc. Dover/USA, Unicarte.com Software AG Vaduz and our distributors, but also external service providers such as Noris Network AG and AWS (Amazon Web Services), partners and consulting companies.

Use of Google Maps

This website uses the offer of Google Maps. This enables us to display interactive maps directly on the website and allows you to comfortably use the map function. By visiting the website, Google receives the information that you have called up the corresponding sub-page of our website. This occurs regardless of whether Google provides a user account through which you are logged in or whether there is no user account. If you are logged in to Google, your data will be directly assigned to your account. If you do not want the assignment with your profile at Google, you must log out before activating the button. Google stores your data as usage profiles and uses them for the purposes of advertising, market research and/or demand-oriented design of its website. Such an evaluation is carried out in particular (even for users who are not logged in) to provide needs-based advertising and to inform other users of the social network about your activities on our website. You have the right to object to the creation of these user profiles, whereby you must contact Google to exercise this right. Google AdWords

This website uses Google conversion tracking. If you have reached our website via an ad placed by Google, Google AdWords will set a cookie on your computer. The cookie for conversion tracking is set when a user clicks on an ad placed by Google. These cookies lose their validity after 30 days and are not used for personal identification. If the user visits certain pages of our website and the cookie has not yet expired, we and Google can recognize that the user clicked on the ad and was redirected to this page. Each Google AdWords customer receives a different cookie. Cookies can therefore not be tracked across AdWords customers' websites. The information obtained using the conversion cookie is used to create conversion statistics for AdWords customers who have opted for conversion tracking. Customers learn the total number of users who clicked on their ad and were redirected to a page tagged with a conversion tracking tag. However, they do not receive any information that can be used to personally identify users.

If you do not wish to participate in the tracking, you can refuse the setting of a cookie required for this - for example, via a browser setting that generally deactivates the automatic setting of cookies or set your browser so that cookies from the domain "googleleadservices.com" are blocked.

Please note that you may not delete the opt-out cookies as long as you do not want any measurement data to be recorded. If you have deleted all your cookies in the browser, you must set the respective opt-out cookie again.

Use of Google Remarketing

This website uses the remarketing function of Google Inc. The function is used to present website visitors with interest-based advertisements within the Google advertising network. A so-called "cookie" is stored in the browser of the website visitor, which makes it possible to recognize the visitor when he or she visits websites that belong to the Google advertising network. On these sites, the visitor may be presented with advertisements that relate to content that the visitor has previously viewed on websites that use Google's remarketing function.

According to its own information, Google does not collect any personal data during this process. If you nevertheless do not wish to use Google's remarketing function, you can deactivate it in principle by making the appropriate settings at http://www.google.com/settings/ads . Alternatively, you can deactivate the use of cookies for interest-based advertising via the advertising network initiative by following the instructions at http://www.networkadvertising.org/managing/opt_out.asp .

Use of Google reCAPTCHA

This website uses the reCAPTCHA service provided by Google Inc. (1600 Amphitheatre Parkway, Mountain View, CA 94043, USA; "Google"). The purpose of the query is to distinguish whether the input is made by a human or by automated, machine processing. The query includes the sending of the IP address and possibly other data required by Google for the reCAPTCHA service to Google. For this purpose, your input is transmitted to Google and further used there. However, your IP address will be shortened beforehand by Google within member states of the European Union or in other contracting states of the Agreement on the European Economic Area. Only in exceptional cases will the full IP address be transmitted to a Google server in the USA and shortened there. On behalf of the operator of this website, Google will use this information to evaluate your use of this service. The IP address transmitted by your browser as part of reCaptcha will not be merged with other data from Google. Your data may also be transmitted to the USA in the process. For data transfers to the USA, there is an adequacy decision of the European Commission, the "Privacy Shield". Google participates in the "Privacy Shield" and has submitted to the requirements. By pressing the query, you consent to the processing of your data. The processing takes place on the basis of the "Law 190" with your consent. You can revoke your consent at any time without affecting the lawfulness of the processing carried out on the basis of the consent until revocation.

For more information on Google reCAPTCHA and the associated privacy policy, please visit: https://www.google.com/privacy/ads/

Privacy policy for Google Analytics

This website uses Google Analytics, a web analytics service provided by Google Ireland Limited. If the data controller on this website is located outside the European Economic Area or Switzerland, Google Analytics data processing is carried out by Google LLC. Google LLC and Google Ireland Limited are hereinafter referred to as "Google".

The statistics obtained enable us to improve our offer and make it more interesting for you as a user. This website also uses Google Analytics for a cross-device analysis of visitor flows, which is carried out via a user ID. If you have a Google user account, you can deactivate the cross-device analysis of your usage in the settings there under "My data", "Personal data".

The legal basis for the use of Google Analytics is the Romanian Law No. 190 of 2018 on the measures for the application of the GDPR. We cannot exclude the possibility that the IP address transmitted by your browser as part of Google Analytics may be merged with other data from Google.

In exceptional cases, on behalf of the operator of this website, Google will use this information to evaluate your use of the website, compiling reports on website activity and providing other services relating to website activity and internet usage to the website operator. For the exceptional cases in which personal data is transferred to the USA, Google has submitted to the EU-US Privacy Shield, https://www.privacyshield.gov/EU-US-Framework.

Google Analytics uses cookies. The information generated by the cookie about your use of this website is usually transmitted to a Google server in the USA and stored there. You may refuse the use of cookies by selecting the appropriate settings on your browser, however please note that if you do this you may not be able to use the full functionality of this website. You can also prevent the collection of data generated by the cookie and related to your use of the website (including your IP address) to Google and the processing of this data by Google by downloading and installing the browser plugin available at the following link: Deactivate Google Analytics.

In addition, you can also prevent the use of Google Analytics by clicking on this link: Google Analytics deaktivation . This will save a so-called opt-out cookie on your data carrier, which prevents the processing of personal data by Google Analytics. Please note that if you delete all cookies on your terminal device, these opt-out cookies will also be deleted, i.e. you will have to set the opt-out cookies again if you wish to continue to prevent this form of data collection. The opt-out cookies are set per browser and computer/end device and must therefore be activated separately for each browser, computer or other end device.

Privacy policy for Google Ads

This website uses the online marketing tool Google Ads by Google ("Google Ads"). Google Ads uses cookies to serve ads that are relevant to users, to improve campaign performance reports, or to prevent a user from seeing the same ads more than once. Via a cookie ID, Google records which ads are displayed in which browser and can thus prevent them from being displayed more than once. In addition, Google Ads can use cookie IDs to record so-called conversions that are related to ad requests. This is the case, for example, when a user sees a Google Ads ad and later calls up the advertiser's website with the same browser and buys something there. According to Google, Google Ads cookies do not contain any personal information.

Due to the marketing tools used, your browser automatically establishes a direct connection with Google's server. Through the integration of Google Ads, Google receives the information that you have called up the corresponding part of our website or clicked on an advertisement from us. If you are registered with a Google service, Google can assign the visit to your account. Even if you are not registered with Google or have not logged in, there is a possibility that Google will obtain and store your IP address.

You can prevent participation in this tracking process in various ways:

by adjusting your browser software accordingly; in particular, the suppression of third-party cookies will result in you not receiving ads from third-party providers;
by disabling conversion tracking cookies by setting your browser to block cookies from the domain "www.googleadservices.com", https://adssettings.google.com , which setting will be deleted when you delete your cookies;
by disabling interest-based ads from the providers that are part of the "About Ads" self-regulatory campaign, via the link https://www.aboutads.info/choices , with this setting being deleted when you delete your cookies;
by permanently disabling them in your Firefox, Internetexplorer or Google Chrome browsers at the link https://www.google.com/settings/ads/plugin . We would like to point out that in this case you may not be able to use all functions of this offer in full.

The legal basis for the processing of your data is a balancing of interests, according to which the processing of your personal data described above is not opposed by any overriding interests on your part - cf. Romanian Law No. 190 of 2018 on the measures for the application of the GDPR. For more information about Google Ads from Google, please visit https://ads.google.com/intl/de_DE/home/ , and about data protection at Google in general: https://www.google.de/intl/de/policies/privacy . Alternatively, you can visit the Network Advertising Initiative (NAI) website at https://www.networkadvertising.org.

Notice regarding data transfers to the USA (United States of America), Russia, the P.R. of China and other countries.

For the sake of completeness, we would like to point out that, among other things, there are also monitoring measures by U.S. authorities for users based in the EU, which generally enable the storage of all personal data from the EU. Similar monitoring takes place in Russia, the P.R. of China and other countries. Since suppliers and other users of our systems are partly located in these countries, such data transfers may occur e.g. when access from the P.R. of China is made via a browser and local authorities monitor Internet traffic.

This is done without any differentiation, limitation or exception based on the purposes pursued and without any objective criterion that would make it possible to limit the access of said authorities to the data and their subsequent use to very specific, strictly limited purposes that could justify the interventions related to the access to these data as well as to their use. Furthermore, we would like to point out that in the USA, Russia, the P.R. of China, etc., there are no or possibly insufficient legal remedies available to EU data subjects that would allow them to obtain access to the data concerning them and to obtain its correction or deletion, or that there is no effective judicial legal protection against general access rights by the aforementioned authorities. We explicitly draw the attention of the data subject to this legal and factual situation in order to enable him or her to make an appropriately informed decision regarding consent to the use of his or her data.

For users residing in a member state of the EU, we would like to point out that the USA, Russia, the P.R. of China, etc. do not have a sufficient level of data protection from the point of view of the European Union.
